Antipasto Bread

Ingredients:

3 Rolls of buttermilk biscuits(10 biscuits per tube)
1/3 cup salami ends, chopped
2 Tsp garlic
1/2 cup black olives chopped
1 small jar of artichoke hearts
1 small jar of red peppers
Butter or olive oil or cooking spray
parm cheese
1 small can of mushrooms
1 small jar of green olives. (omit the red peppers if using this)

Put everything "But" the rolls and salami in a processor and process "Just" to chop. Chop the salami by hand and add to the processed mixture. Cut each biscuit into quarters. ( 40 pieces per can)
Place in a large bowl and spray lightly with cooking spay and sprinkle with parm cheese to coat.
Spray a bundt pan with oil. Start layering. Biscuits on the bottom. Then a layer of salami mixture.(I sprinkled some parm cheese in between the layers as well) More biscuit pieces, more salami mixture.
End with the biscuits and sprinkle with some parm cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

* Next time I will use some mozzarella cheese and some seeded and diced fresh tomatoes, The possabilities are endless.

* Serve with some warmed spagehtti sauce for dipping.
