Subject: No Crust Cheesecake

BLENDER CHEESECAKE

Can be made using low fat products and Splenda and still be delicious.


16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour

Mix all ingred. in blender in order given, starting with the cottage cheese and ending with the flour. Grease a 10 inch deep dish pie plate with butter, and pour in mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional) and bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until the center doesn't jiggle. Cool and refrigerate.


TOPPING
1 1/4 c. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Whisk together, pour onto BAKED cheesecake and return to oven for about 10 minutes.
