3 eggs
1 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Add
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
(or 3 cups all-purpose flour)
Add 2 cups of “a-z” e.g.
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
2 cups bananas, mashed
2 cups carrots, shredded
2 cups zucchini, shredded
“n” for nuts is optional
Note: for moist bread, use 1 cup of applesauce and 1 cup of another fruit or veggie.
Pour into two loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
