Shrimp Dip
The secret is to use fresh, not canned, shrimp and steam them with Old Bay seasoning.




1 pound medium shrimp, (steamed according to Old Bay directions on the box), peeled & chopped into large chunks
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tablespoons Miracle Whip
3 Tablespoons creamy French dressing
2 Tablespoons chopped spring onions
Cream together all ingredients except the shrimp. Fold in the shrimp and sprinkle lightly with Old Bay seasoning. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to let flavors blend. Serve with crackers
