Subject: Pork Roast with Gravy for crockpot

3 1/2 lb. pork roast (not pork loin as it doesn't have enough fat)
1 large onion, chopped up (more if you really like onions)
3 packages pork gravy mix (mixed according to packaged directions)
salt
pepper
garlic powder
accent (optional if you are allergic)

1. rinse pork roast and pat dry
sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder and accent to taste
2. Place in bottom of crockpot
3. Chop up onions and put on top of the pork
4. Mix the gravy mix and pour over the pork
5. Cook for 8 hours on low.
