Subject: Belgian Fudge

1 14 oz can condensed milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick (1/4 c.) margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c chopped pecans or walnuts
Cook milk & sugar over low heat, stirring, until caramel color & shows signs of sugaring. (abt 15-20 mins.)
Stir in oleo & turn fire off.
Add vailla & nuts & mix till blended.
Pour into butter 8x8 dish. Let harden, cut into squares.
