We have our 1st league match early next week.So besides the active players that will be playing an you know who you are.If by any chance the rest of{*DS*} wants to play in the match like that will happen hears a friggin clue GO ON LINE AND LET ME KNOW.It's funny how you come into server when It's a tryout join the squad and your never around after that,you dont want to play an your not going to be active let me know and leave the squad dont join us then dont show up cause then your wasting the teams time and the web masters time by putting you on the member list an so on.Dont waste a roster spot for someone that is active most of the time unlike yourself.And for the inactive members you have till sunday to show your face or {*DS*} wont be seeing it anymore join another squad an waste there time.

We had a scrimmage yesterday vs X1 in a ctf,We won the match 2-1-1.I like to say good work to all who played Hammer,dark,belwar,tiger,beast,everyone played well as we continue to win in ctf 3-0.Lets keep it up.

{*DS*} Had a small scrim vs SOD lastnite it was a 4-4 after the 2nd map started one of our players were seen cheating (raised sights,high jump)by SOD an the scrim was cancelled.All though I didnt see it, it was reported by several players on both squads.Tell us your vote on this should he (GO) or should he be giving an other chance an (Stay)Please reply to this post.

This is to Death. People on the tryouts complain that you are never there and that they want to join. Just thought you might like to know. I don't like being on the server when they complain about stupid stuff. Try to be there more or have a person able to recruit in your absence, some suggestions.

Well we recruited another member today his name is {*DS*}Assisin,We now have 13 members would have had the 15 I was looking to have but I need to remove 2 from the squad members.So we need bout 2-3 more members.Then I want to have a {*DS*}only practice For about an hr or 2 a day for about a week stright on stock maps only so we all get use to playing together,then after our practice i'll open a {*DS*}Pubilc.Then at that point we will be ready for TDM scrim's.Also dont forget we are a CTF team as well,An Yes we will be getting back to that for those that asked.An once we start winning or become competive in TDM we will join in some of the leagues,same for CTF.We are finally getting our name out there,It's nice to see people come to our sever an want to join us. PS please tell me your availablity so I can see what time is best for all of us to practice,if I need to I'll split the practices up into 2 times to fit everyone's needs.

I have recruited some new squad members Lets welcome in {*DS*}Methodman {*DS*}Blade and {*DS*}SilentRecon we are now up to 12 members but we still have a few inactive members. I was looking to have 15 squad members but do to some players inactivity I think we should go to about 17-18 members to keep the active roster to about 10.Also the inactive members will have about 1 week to show there still looking to play df w/us if not they will no longer be on our squad.And once our squad is set with a solid 10 I will open a {*DS*} only server so we can practice with each other we will play a 5 or 6 on 6 vs each other so we learn to work together.The server will be passworded and i'll give that password in a chat on AIM not here cause it's not private this is a public fourm and we dont need any nonsence with other squad's. It's time we start recruiting,we have some inactive members that can't always be playing when our server is up,some were recruited and still haven't showed up.Now we have 9 members but it seems that only about half of that are active.There is no reason for us to cut the inactive members we all have our personal lifes an unlike other squads I wouldn't do that to the squad members that have been recruited.But now is the time to get this squad moving forward by recruiting, as I said we have 9 members I want to recruit about 5-7 more at this time.{*DS*}Clam and {*DS*}Dark have pointed out to me that there are some players that are good and want to join us we just need to get them into our server.Also for some reason I haven't figured it out but when I host a TDM I can't seem to get more then 5 or so on the server.It can be the new name {*DS*}Public I dont no But if I have to at this time go back to (New rookie wars)to pull in people so we can recruit thats what we need to do.So Im hoping that today April 10th we can start recruiting. I'm going to try to open server earlier today to do this.One last thing,about us scrimmaging TDM I feel it's not necessary at this time to do so we need alot of practice in TDM (an thats directed straight at me)we need to gel as a full squad before we go out there an scrimmage the elite teams. I feel that after 2-3 straight weeks of playing TDM we will be ready.I'm also going to be cutting down on the costom maps once we recruit a few players so we can learn all the good spots on the TDM since we will be scrimimg on them.So lets try to stay away from CTF unless we have a scrim cause that and tkoth are the only games we can scrim right now.Please post any ideas you may have or if you have a problem with anything this squad is doing. Well once again the monsters want to scrim us...an i'm sure there back out again but for some reason thet dont I'm going to set it up for tonite between 8-9est.We will be playing most likley TKOTH or TDM.I'm tring to get as many to play an we can,It all depends on how many they have.In any case should they have 3-4 players we are going with me Clam,Angel,and potts.If they have only 3 I'll just host the scrimmage,If at the time of the scrimmage we have more than enough squad members online we will play a best of 5 and sub out/in our members pending there avaliable.But the problem with this squad is that it always seems to be the same members in a scrimmage.In order for us to win and continue to win in scrim's we need all to play at one point in a scrim.Practicing on TDM is nice when we have all members there but its totaly diff when ur in a scrim it's a totally diff ball game.me potts clam and dark always seem to be the one around when we scrim.I understand so have hard time getting on df all the time but try to make ur self avaliable for the scrims.....more to come i need to go to work. i'll open server at 4-5est today

Tonite we have a scrimmage vs SOL it's a 5 on 5 or a 6 on 6 TDM.They are a very good squad,they have been around for quite a while they asked us to scrimmage them and we dont say no to a challenge.Although they are well known, we also can become well known with a good tight battle.We may not win but lets keep it close and not quit. Like a squad they played lastnite did to them when SOL was beating them up pretty bad they all quit thats NOW what we will do.If anything this will be a learning experience for us,being that we just recently started playing TDM.Another team we also can play is [dd] which is just as good as SOL they have asked me to scrimmage them but at the time we didnt have enough players on-line at the time.We can see how it goes vs SOL then we can always scrim [dd] on tuesday.Please let me know if your able to play tonite the match will be for around 9:00est tonite.As of now {*DS*}Clam is playing along with me and I know the others that will play w/us just let me know you will be there.Post your answer hear or IM me late today.I should be on AIM pretty much of the day but if you can't get me I'll be on AIM about 7pm est or E-mail me at: nysteve31@hotmail.com Also i'm thinking of putting us in the delta force league i just need to get more info on it.

Guy I was thinking that we really dont need the ranking system to me it dont look right but if you guys want it we will keep them is all up to you.so post your thought's on this matter.Also dont forget to sign-on ur screen name when ur going to be playin so I no its really u.we had an person use one of our names and it wasnt really them,so as long as u sign-on ill no its really u.1 more thing please change your =ds= tags to {*DS*} sry for all the changes we will get it all right soon thanks.Also im puttin up TDM mpas for a while some of us need the practice in it that includes me.
i am puttin up maps i downloaded and also the stock maps so we get to know them for scrim's.

I am going to start TDM practices as of monday 4/1/2002 at 9pm est.We will NOT have any scrim's in TDM till we are ready for them.CTF scrimmages or TKOTH ONLY till were ready for TDM.I have heard other players not on =ds= say we cant play tdm and there right.So practice,practice,practice the tdm's.I need all =ds= in the practice's so we can work as a team and understand each others way of playing tdm's.WE were embarrassed when we played [Bg] in a tdm tdm match and also lost to .sins in a tdm.Yet we are 2-0 in ctf scrimmages
all because we play them all the time.And as long as we play tdm's we will be just as good in tdm's as we are in ctf's.And when we play tdm's those who don't use the .50 try it and try to get better w/it.It is the best gun for the tdm's.I would like to password the practice but I can only do that if we have enough =ds= players so if you came to the practice and your on red and we have atleast 5 =ds= players on thr server i'll password it.The password will be steve.

I am also going to start a ranking system,It will be based on 2 things.(1)How active the player is,(2)How well he plays.
Just because one player is with the squad longer then another does not give them a higher rank.Always remember this is for fun/its a game and we play in our spare time.

We had a scrimmage tonite vs a new squad -rf- it was a 2 on 2.I server the scrimmage but didnt play.Mcpotts and Crackula started the match.But a few minutes into the match Crackula needed to go which I had already knew.I would like Crackula for being in the scrim.He was not ready for it and he did help the "TEAM" by being in the scrim.Cause if he didnt we would'vt forfited it.But just as Crackula had to leave DarkAngel sign-on aim an he jumped right in.Mcpotts and angel played very well together as we took 2 straight to win in tkoth as we dominated the 2nd map and it didnt go to the full limit. I'm sorry for those who did get to play in a scrim yet you will as we get reconized.Also please if you dont have aim download it and when you plan on playing df sign-on to it..

We have a member that is inactive he hosts his own.He was asked to join =ds= when we play and he hasn't we need to vote on removing him from the team.He is taking a spot from someone who whould like to join and be more active.does he stay and give him an other chance or he needs to go now.tell me what you think...were a team and we do things as a team.
