dictatorial types all have the same basic personality quirks.

As to Hitler killing the people of the borders of his own country, that was over 50 years ago so what happened back then is irrelevant to today and will not happen now for the simple reasoning that thermo nukes will be used in the next global war.

As to any country today killing their own people within the borders of their own country I flat out do not give a rats ass one way or another. Let them if they want to, none of my concern.
