Dear michelel -- I'm also looking for a support group, preferrably in No. Virginia. In my case, it's a sibling, living in another part of the country. For decades we've never know "what's the matter" and only through recent reading have I begun to see it might be BPD. It is exhausting. It would be good to find others to share with and support. If anyone else is looking in the DC-Northern Virginia -- or if you know of support programs or groups -- please reply or offer suggestions.
