I'm looking for a support group for non-bp in my city. I have to deal with an ex that has BPD (non diganosed) and I find it extremely diffucult to parent the children. He uses them against me and brainwashes them to make me look like I'm the "crazy one".
After many years of counseling after leaving the abusive relationship, have I been able to deal with his behaviour and not react. Because I agreed to joint-custody (was con into it) I have to speak with him on a regular basis. I need help and guidance in order for me to help the kids deal with his constact manipulation and brainwashing. It can be emotionally exhausting at times.
