Subject: That's called democracy....
In reply to: Ave 's message, "It is really sad to see the point being lost on both of you." on Monday, February 27, 01:41:54pm

Lesson in Democracy One: See, one party must lose so that another may take its place, that's called democracy. Since the only problem America has right now is Bush and Cheney, get rid of them and you get rid of the problem...and Frist, and DeLay, and Scooter Libby, and Cunningham...etc.

Where in American political history has both parties SHARED power Ave? Never. All the problems with America after 9/11 Republicans have craeted. Why in God's name should Democrats help Republicans solve problems for themselves that they themselves created? So you can steal another presidental election?

Speaking of which, considering how George Bush and the Republican party STOLE the election from the popularly elected candidate, its absolutely true to say that most Americans did not vote for George Bush in 2000. Its also true that when new democracies look towards the USA for example in democracy and see that the candidate who won the popular vote was not sworn in as president in 2000, not only do they rightly doubt the legimacy of Bush's presidency, but also whether America is really a democracy after the 2000 election...and they would be correct on both counts.
