So true Brassman. We may be moving out to Reno next year, my wifes company has an operation out there and she maybe able yo transfer. We'll be going out early next year to check it out, at least I'll be in the mountains again and out of the backward South.

This year I don't think we had more than four days without rain, add the heat it's like living in the jungle. Add the ignorance of the Southern Mentality, it's time to head for the hills.
