I saw the Confident Rider CD's praised on a message board a while back. I have had problems with my confidence after a nasty fall last summer. (It was only clear round jumping and probably the smallest fence on the course) I have never bought anything over the internet before but decided to get Jumping with Confidence. I bought it direct from the website. although I have seen them somewhere else, one of the saddlerys I think. The difference has been amazing, through the self hypnosis, I have managed to put my nerves to one side and enjoy my riding again. I am going to get the Hacking one when I get paid. Call this advertising if you like, but I don't work for them, I just thought they deserved a mention. They are at www.confidentrider.co.uk
