I'd like to get in to Ft. Wayne, IN or Toledo, OH. Anyone have an inside scoop?

I don't know of any positions in Fort Wayne now. Toledo market beleive it or not you need some experience. In Toledo stay away from WNWO. Really bad station. The other two are solid. One is an ABC O & O, the other is owned by Cosmos and is number one in the market (WTOL). In Ft. Wayne stay away from WANE. They are consolidating everything in Indianapolis. GM is gone as of July and ND is on the way out. Very unstable place to work. Other two stations are okay. ABC station is dominant #1 but about as stale as a 5 day old cracker. If you are a starter I would suggest Lima, OH. It would be easier to get your foot in the door there.

WDTN in Dayton, OH has a reporter opening.
Also looking for main anchor and a few photogs.

Looking to gig in the Toledo ohio area but we are fresh from the garage lol. We may find it hard in the Toledo area anyone have any ideas. I agree it is hard in the Toledo area to gig. our website www.stilVoice.com
