I am brand new and want to buy some, or one, of these little guys, possibly the Irish Setter. I am new so how do I buy? How do I pay?

But firstly, Pheonix has a owner already. Secondly, you need to open a bank account through the Cascade bank. You get a certain amount of money to start with and you are responsible for posting there every time you withdraw/deposit money. Do not spend more than you have. You also will want a job that will bring in money for you to deposit into your account.
