The Hotel is the beautiful, Amersuites Atlanta Airport, located right by Hartsfield International Airport on Sullivan Rd. It is new and gorgeous. Everyone who has a room reservation eats breakfast for free and the room rate is very reasonable! The room block will be open on Monday, November 21, 2005, to accept reservations.

Be sure to book under the Spring Expo Block to receive the rate discount.
Everyone attending who needs a room must book under this block name.

Everyone must stay in a room to change clothes, or for hair & makeup services. No one can use the lobby as we will have professional vendors & pageant systems set up in the ballroom and lobby area, and there will not be enough room.

All vendors who would like to attend need to sign up as quickly as possible. Thank you!
