The papers were not given because the amount owed on the dog was NOT Paid In Full. Paperwork is available to see for anyone who does not believe me. So, why would we give you the papers when you haven't paid for the dog yet? Doesn't make much sense!! This is the United States where when you pay for the item in full you will receive entire product. So pay for the rest of the dog and you can receive the papers. Thank you
(Also the dog was sold as pet quality for $500, and full amount was never collected) Who get's a deal on a Cane Corso this cheap!!
