Thanks for replying. I had been waiting for one, and I can't express my gratitude for you taking the time to not only read it but reply to me.

About his son, it was one of those almost-dead revelations...where he knew the whole time that something was fishy about his son's disappearance but, since it's his wife, he didn't want to even think that sort of thing. But after her going after him, it was, well, a realization.

The guy dies at the end...what do you mean by an epilogue?
