Subject: Louisiana Fires Defensive Coordinator

dateline Baton Rouge... The Louisiana Bayou Beast fired defensive leader Les Allowmaxpoints today. "We have the personnel to be the best defense in the league" GM Hanlon said. "Our offense has been our key all season, but we expected our defense to lead the league in most catagories with the players we have. We have failed miserably there. We have hired Dick LeBeau as a consultant in the hope that our pathetic defense will match our offense as league leaders. It's a desperation move, one we have contimplated for weeks. The loss to a sagging Madison team was the last straw. We simply cannot continue to give up 20+ points a game and expect to win." LeBeau wasted no time in adjusting the Bayou Beast roster. "Obviously, we will miss LB Ansel George this week" lamented LeBeau. "Regadless, this team will renew its commitment to keeping points off the board this week. We have veterans who know this system, and will play to their potential this week. I see a team in quick transistion to continue their quest for a title this season." "We played 'em tough last season in their house last season, and almost pulled it out. It's payback time" smirked GM Hanlon. See y'all on the field Sunday VS the Machine.
