I believe that these are correct scenarios for the Great Plains division and National Conference teams. I listed the Tie Breakers that I am aware of, but my work needs to be checked out to make sure I didn't skip any steps. One thing for sure is... Fargo needs to win this last game at home against Springfield so that they don't have to rely on the kindness of strangers.

- Black Hills win @ LOU
- Colorado win @ UTA
- Fargo win the Division; IN (better DIV record)
- Colorado IN (head-to-head wins vs FGO, SPR, and BLH)
- Black Hills IN (win vs POR; SPR loss vs POR)
- Springfield OUT (loss vs POR; BLH win vs POR)
