You guys do realize that Fort Wayne isn't nearly as bad as the hype, right? Give him 2 decent training camps and he's a playoff contender. 3 solid drafts and he's a perennial contender.

At any rate, a whole different style of football is played in that conference. While it might be true that that style seems to involve a great deal of mincing about and arguing over whose team locker room has the best window treatments, it will still taking getting used to for whoever moves over there. Just wait until their coaching staff is forced to strategize around such things as "10 yard penalty - quarterback's hair is improperly highlighted", or "scoring team failed to adequately choreograph their endzone celebratory dance - replay the down".

Point is, each conference presents its own unique challenges.
