Subject: BEAST APPEAL to football gods...

Dateline Baton Rouge… The Louisiana Bayou Beast football club beamed home for a brief diversion from the grueling training camp regimen on Rigal 4. The occasion was a ritual ceremony to cleanse their home field of the negative waves experienced last season. Creedance Clearwater Rival joined with the Crazy World of Arthur Brown in a rousing rendition of “I Put a Spell on You.” Every seat in the packed Arena used souvenir red luminous emergency lamps to cast an eerie glow on the proceedings. The field was ringed with festival dancers of all sorts. Pockets of smoke arose from myriad pyramid-shaped incense pots. A High Priestess weaved here magic juju beads and healing herb bags to and fro. The flaming headdress of Arthur Brown burned bright as he launched into his “Fire.” Team players and staffers mingled throughout. After this show, fans were treated to a replay of the 2002 FIFL BOWL 31 – 16 championship victory over the Black Hills Machine. Part Show, part deadly serious, this aura enhancement ceremony felt successful to all involved. The team beamed back shortly thereafter. Only time will tell how this motivates the 2005 edition of the Bayou Beast.
