I will not be happy with this rule. Some teams do have better back ups as other teams starter as Joe wrote already...so the best organised teams will lose!
Additionally the good teams that lost such important back ups will get into trouble when their QB1 will be injured...
You can't compensate a good QB2 with an late draft pick...

...but it's only the opinion of a spaniard living in munich
...but with one of the best teams ;-))
