Subject: Rushing - For the last time

For the last time... please leave your comments about the league for the chat board or I will exclude you from the yahoogroups email list. Not everyone wants to get to their email and have to read 10 emails back and forth between two people.

As for rushing, I am not concerned with the numbers. If I ran your game 20 times, your HB might run for 100 yards 19 of the times, however 1 of those 20 times he has a crappy game. If it happens consistantly week-in and week-out, then he probably is a crappy HB... or you have a crappy offensive line... or a crappy game plan.

There have been 21 1,000+ yard rushers in the leagues 5 seasons. 4 in 1999, 4 in 2000, 4 in 2001, 3 in 2002 and 6 in 2003. If anything, rushing has gotten better.
