Rookie LB's Slightly adjusted... update your list.

Yes, this draft is deeper than last years, and should help some of the lower teams, but after this year, the number of 'impact' players will go down... (Can't be filled to the rim every year).

I made some global adjustments to players during the 2002 season and in the offseason, so this is y'alls reward.
