Here's what Fargo's average increases look. The biggest thing to considers when looking at increases is that the higher your stat is already, the smaller the potential increase. Another consideration is potential caps. As I understand it, there are 'hidden' limits to any given players stats, that may or may not be represented in a players initial stats. That is, for players A and B, you could have the following starting SP stat and potential max SP stat.

Start Max
A 70 99
B 78 94

So you could see greater increases in player A as the seasons progress depending on how the TC is run.
