Subject: Suicide in Brixon Jail

[ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 04:12:08 11/29/02 Fri I learned on a BBC programme last night that seven Irish prisoners died by suicide in Brixon Jail during the last three years. An internal enquiry is to be held, although a leading prison inspector feels there should be a public enquiry. This is a very sad state of affairs.
