 She stops abruptly at the the top of a hill. She looks at the stallions below her. She rears, paws at the air, and whinnies loudly to get their attention. She then canters swiftly down the hill. Her mane and tail rip through the wind while her coat shimmers in the sun. She looks for a mate. Her eyes are full of kindness. She slows to a trout at the stallions and trouts around them. She puts as much spring in her step as she can. She is in heat and will not be for much longer. She longs for a mate that will love her. She stops several feet from them and begins to graze.
