 For up and coming teams, or any team looking for a solid Leadoff guy. Roger Cedeno is available. He has great speed on the paths, and is a decent fielder. Is only under contract for two years, so can be a veteran replacement to allow your young guys to develop. He's expendable as he's a 5th option for me now.
