The St. Louis Red Birds are scouring the majors for left-handed starters with short contracts and a good shortstop. If you have either or both of these, you might be able to acquire such talent as Woody Williams, Darryl Kile, Darren Dreifort (low-payroll teams only), Andy Benes, Tino Martinez, and/or any number of corner infield or RHP prospects.
