Ricky Bottalico is profoundly unsuited to the long-man role in which I have him currently slotted. He still has 88 in the arm-strength department and would probably be a pretty solid middle reliever or setup guy for a contender in need of some extra bullpen help.

More to the point, I'll trade him for a draft pick.

Other players whom you would be able to pluck quite cheaply:
In AA, Andy Dominique (solid backup catcher for a team in need, might even start for some teams) and Nate Espy (23 year old first baseman, not much of a prospect but not awful either).

And a couple others in my system to look out for:
In AA, Geoff Geary and Nelson Figueroa, two young starters,
In AAA, Brandon Backe and Bobby Seay, two young relievers, the latter a lefty.
