Unless I'm mistaken, I think you can choose regular or spicy, but I really don't know because I'll select spicy EVERY time! Their side dishes include really tasty red beans and rice, "Dirty Rice," and my favorite, mashed potatoes with a spicy Cajun Gravy! They have seasonal promotional specials, including crispy crawfish I can't pass up! And a few years ago they also started featuring some other cajun specialties on their menu, called "Louisiana Legends," one or two at a time and revolving the list -- maybe just to get a feel for the success in their locale. Either the Shrimp or Crawfish Etouffée is my favorite, but Chicken Jambalaya, Creole Chicken Etouffée and Seafood Gumbo were also popular when featured.

I know -- I sound like a commercial, but when it comes to fast food, this place has to be my first choice. If you want to learn more and see appetizing pictures, too --
