i put my flowers in about a month ago...........and they're still alive!!!!! absolutely amazing. usually my sister in law comes around on the 4th of july and walks around my garden telling me what i should be doing to keep things going. and she always gives me a plant for mother's day from her son (my godchild) which is usually dead by the time she gets here. this time, she gave me a plant that she said to just stick out on my deck and let it get the rainwater and would be fine. so far, it hasn't required any "ork" from me, so it's surviving. :))

as for the party, my husband keeps looking out the window telling me that this party is HUGE HUGE and that nobody would notice if we were there or not. wondering if they've ordered the ponies and such that she does for birthday parties. there are cars all the way down the block and blocking up our entire cul de sac. i suppose i should get ready, since the party began 90 minutes ago, huh?

and patti? i don't even want to know what they will do for his high school graduation, let alone college. and be glad you don't have the custom of the middle school graduation....i have another one to attend tomorrow, but should be much more low key.
