The HMs are all very quiet this morning and considering they made a pact to fail their task, they don't really have much to do. Nathan is squeezing oranges. Mira is having cereal and reading a book at the kitchen bench. Pete is still cleaning, he's now wiping down the patio table and chairs.

Sahra has been called to the Diary Room to complete the flag part of the challenge. She has no idea where the Congo or Cambodia is so she is just guessing - which fits in well with the HMs plan to fail. In the brown room, the other HMs are practising the rap the have made up to replace the French version of Old MacDonald's Farm.

Mira has been called to the Diary Room to complete the origami section of the challenge. Big Brother has asked her to make an iris. Despite making a pact with the other HMs to fail the task, she carefully folds the red paper into a delicate flower. The iris is complete...until Mira starts ripping it to shreds. Handing it over to Big Brother she mumbles, "This is ridiculous". Was she always going to purposely fail or was she going to try and pass and then suddenly feel guilty about the pact?

Big Brother has just announced that the housemates have "succeeded in failing spectacularly". The housemates cheer and call for beer. Success would have meant 4260 Big Ones next week, thier failure leaves them with none. Jess congratulates everyone on failing as Alex and Nathan prepare dinner.
