There a limit to how much we can or will pay to medicate them and that amount is lower than what we will pay to provide for our own health or that of our family. They also know that in most cases the price is partially paid by insurance. They'll charge what the market will bear and them some. These corporate execs feel no guilt at all in getting disgustingly rich from the misery of others or of depriving the entire population of proper access to the medicines that will restore their health.
