It seems like everyone who has told me of consistent problems with slowness has been a dial-up user. Tweety and Daisy were having terrible problems, but Tweety reported recently that the problem seemed to be better.

You might try calling your dial-up provider or contacting them through the internet and asking if they can do anything to improve the service or the speed. It could have something to do with the number of lines available to your area or the number of users on the lines.

What ever you do, don't give up on me. I've had too much fun posting with you. One thing I've done when I;ve had problems is recycle. That is turn off the computer and disconnect from the internet and start over. That's risky on dial-up because you can't always get another available line. Another thing I've done is click in and out of the site or some posts in rapid succession without doing any posting. It almost seems like that helps get the server or computer or something zeroed in on the site location.

Let me know if anything helps.
