But his brains aren't as fried as some may think. He has shown he can be quite aware of the profoundness of situations and that he can be astute in business. Ozzy is a working class stiff with minimal formal education, but a good natural intelligence.

I don't admire or condone many things from his past, I don't agree with the tatoos and the rough language; but it is obvious that Ozzie has learned some things from his mistakes, that he loves his family and that he is trying now to be a good husband and father.

I'm not sure if Quayle has learned any lessons yet or not.
