There was one customer there and Linda's husband was in the back room. Two men came in and one asked how much for a pedicure and manicure. Linda told him and the other guy whipped out a gun, cocked it, aimed it at Linda and demanded all her money. She told him she had no money, that her husband had taken it to the bank---this was a lie--the cash was in the bottom drawer of her station. He opened the top two drawers, finding nothing, but failed to open that bottom drawer. He pulled Linda's shirt up above her bra and checked for pockets--no money. He poured out the tip jar of about $20, then made the customer give him her purse whereupon he took $525 out of her wallet, and made her give him her wedding and engagement rings. He dropped a dime out of the customer's purse, and reached down to pick that up as well. Then he made Linda and the customer go to a side room and close the door. They then ran out of the salon. In the meantime, Linda's husband saw what was going on through a partially open door where he was hiding, afraid to come into the room for fear it'd make the robbers panic and they'd fired at him or the women. The husband ran out the back as the robbers were leaving, watched them run down the road to a waiting vehicle, got the license tag number, so now the police hopefully, will find the owner of the vehicle at least. We'll see.

An interesting note: The customer normally pays for her manicures with her debit card as she never carries cash. Yesterday, she just happened to have $525 in her wallet. That'd be MY luck.
