The chestnut stallion enters the territory once more, going directly to True Lies.

" I have been checking on who're the current leaders of territories, as well as checking for territory leader activeness.

I have come to the decision of removing SelenesCrystal from her position as lead mare. She hasn't been heard from in a long while , and doesn't have an excused absence. The territory is passed to Owen.

Owen has been active so far ... which I like. He has not posted in 2 weeks however ; three days already into his 3rd week of not posting.

Today is 2/14/03 . I will give him until 2/24/03 to post to show he's here. If he has not posted by 2/24/03 , I will remove him from his position as leader, and the leadership will then pass to you, True Lies.

I do not wish to do this.. but we need to have active leaders. If he has an excuse however, please say so now. "
