 I know a lot about the famous Dionnes. Emilie Marie Annette Cecile and Yvonne have a lot of siblings. Therese Ernest Oliva Jr. Rose Pauline Victor and their names are Emilie Marie Jeanne Dionne, Cecile Marie Emilda, Marie Rein Alma, Annette Edouilda Marie, and Annette Lilliana Marie. They were supposed to be sextuplets (6) but the sixth fetus miscarried in the 3rd month of Elzire Dionne's pregnancy. Dr. Allan Roy Dafoe was their doctor and was somewhat of a father to the quints as their parents were removed from taking care of the five girls. They were made wards of the British crown and endorsed many products. Emilie died of an uncontroled epileptic seizure in 1954 and Marie died after a brief illness in 1970. Yvonne died of cancer in 2001. Cecile and Annette still live today in Canada. They were born in Callander ontario Canada in 1934 on May 28. The fame began as Oliva Dionne called in to the local newspaper to ask if a birth announcement for five would cost the same as for one. The news spread quickly. Marie was tied down by weak eyes and legs. Emilie was a mirror of Cecile. They were all identical. Emilie was a leftie and had a counter-clockwise hair whorl. Marie was the youngest. They were put on display at a nursery for the public eye called QuintLand. Emilie Marie Annette Cecile and Yvonne are quite famous and you wouldn't believe all the people that know nothing about them. Spread the word. Be a history teacher to those in the dark.
