I know one of Celine Dion's cousins and their whole family denies any relation especially considering the difference in their last name.May I ask why you think that an "ne" was dropped at immigration? Maybe the Dions have always be Dions or may they have been for a few centuries. Just because someone has the same or a similar last name does not mean their related. How many Dion or Dionne families could their be in the world?
