after you capture the red gryadose in the lake of rage then go to the city closest and go into the building that looks plain and lance should be in there and he will lead you to a set of stairs... once underground beat every body and talk to them once after they are beaten... after you beat a trainer that will rrun therre is a bird pokemon in there... talk to it and it will give you a second password... go back to the entrance and there should be a door like thing... open it and start to go inside but you will be stopped by two trainers but you only battle one of them... once they are beaten you and lance will go in to the room and you have to beat 3 electrodes and once they are beaten lance will give waterfall or whirlpool... i forget
