Yours isn't the first complaint about the song lyrics, and we have taken note. There's been a drastic reduction in the other scripts.

It's really just down to the individual writers. I never include song lyrics because I believe in creating mood through dialogue and direction. Matt, who's the Executive Producer, and wrote Buffy Ep 1, tends to use songs a lot to create atmosphere in his objets d'art; it's really just a matter of preference.

That said, thanks for the good comments as well; that's what keeps us going! :)
