When I told my ex gf about my feelings towards wearing a nappy and the comfort it gives me in times of severe stress, she and many others used it against me when she betrayed me for money and being her father's sex toy.
It's hard to tell anyone about having a coping method that isn't to do with drinking, smoking, drugs, sports and destroying your body like is so common in society.
