I like to buy a balloon a bit bigger than a tenis ball,cut almost all the neck off it and slip it over my cock, then pull on a pair of tight latex pant (like Latexa 1115), covered by a pair of tightfitting plastic pants for support. I gradually piss and the balloon swells and swells until it suddenly blows off, flooding my rubbers instantly. Held up by the plastic pants, the piss sloshes exquisitly as I move, either walking cycling or even driving the car along twisting roads. The pants are not always watertight so I usually wear trainer pants as well or waterproof trowsers and beach shoes and always put a plastic apron over the car seat. Have fun.
