Date Posted: 10:54:09 04/26/05 Tue In reply to: Robert Towns , Th.D. 's message, "Steve Bil's vision for Florida Bible College" on 06:30:51 04/26/05 Tue 1) What would Jesus want to do? Are ALL students urged/required to, at all times, OBEY the teachings of Jesus? 2) Do the teachings reflect exactly, and only, the teachings of Jesus? 3) Are there any teachings that were taken from ancient mythologies, such as referring to the ancient Egyptian gods Horus, Osiris, and/or Isis? 4) Are there any teachings from non-Jesus sources, such as from Mithraism that was partly absorbed by Christianity? 5) Are all the teachers members of the "Kingdom of God" as defined by Jesus? 6) Any and most businesses depend on "Supply and Demand" related to their goods and/or services. Bible colleges are no exception to that rule. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
