Try and artificial owl stationed in the tree. They have them at garden centers. One with a moving head and bright eyes might work best.

I don't know but i have the same problem, only mine are birds in Thailand called 'nok ka-wow'..they go for hours at a time with a VERY high pitched scream, especially between Nov-
Feb during mating season. HELP!!
