How come it's OK now to call this kid stupid (and he *is* a kid, and I grant you that he's annoying,) but it's not acceptable (in some ways, in some circumstances) to point out that LQ, who is an adult and has been brandishing stupidity like a deadly weapon on the internet for years, is a raving imbecile?

If people on this board (no one in particular, and I don't mean to say that you, Bold, said this--but it *is* what that whole big thread is about,) are going to preach against being all m333444an to people, then shouldn't we all, I dunno, not say rude things about anyone?

I'm just wondering what the rules are.
