Perhaps. But I've been using it since before I came to this board and met you. We just happened to come up with the same name. (Or we both stole it from Dias Flac) Besides, I'm guessing that all three of us have different attacks and effects that we call "Chaos Blade". Mine is just a weak sword strike that inflicts a dozen or so status aliments.
Besides, Zeal doesn't have any patent agreements with Canada. Therefore it doesn't matter if you patented it.
