My best friend uses that to host her brother-in-law's website, and she's thrilled with ipowerweb. Her plan gets 30 gigabytes of monthly transfer, and I'm not sure without going to check, but I think she gets some 700 or so megabytes of webspace. She also got free domain registration and set up with them.
As a bonus, there's a 30-day money back guarantee, a phone number where you can call and actually speak to real human beings, and ipowerweb is listed with the BBB.

Personally, I use mxhub.com, but...I don't recommend them. I've had to give them negative mood whenever I've had a problem, just to get them to pay attention long enough to help fix it.
